You are invited to slow down and reconnect through mindful walking, nature immersion, and gentle yoga practice. We begin with a guided hike along easy, accessible terrain, moving at a steady and unhurried pace. For the duration of the walk, participants are invited into shared silence, allowing attention to settle and awareness to open to the natural world.

The silent walk is followed by a one-hour gentle yoga flow practiced outdoors. The sequence is slow, grounding, and inclusive, with movements and breath designed to support balance and connection across all energy centres (chakras), fostering a sense of wholeness and integration.

We close the experience by sharing a small snack together, offering space to reflect and, if desired, speak about impressions, sensations, or insights that arose throughout the practice. This final gathering is informal, welcoming, and grounded in attentive listening.

This offering is suitable for those seeking presence, connection, and renewal through movement, nature, and quiet reflection.
