A mindful yoga practice designed to improve mobility, stability, and flexibility, cultivate body awareness, and reduce injury risk.
This Yoga session isn’t about perfect poses or pushing harder, it is a guided journey through physical movements, slow and conscious breathing, and mindful awareness designed specifically to support the climbing body and mind.
Yoga strengthens these same qualities as climbing does- it demands focus, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. By tuning into your breath and learning to move with mindful precision, you build the foundations for injury prevention, improved mobility, and deeper body awareness.
Sessions are £16 (60 minutes), with a discounted rate of £14 for climbers and HarroWall staff. 4-for-3 class bundles are also available.
A small online women’s circle combining gentle Hatha yoga and guided sharing. A grounded space for reflection, honesty, and meaningful connection.
Through slow, mindful movement and breath, the practice cultivates strength, stability, and body awareness, supporting nervous system balance and a deeper connection to oneself.
Following the practice, the circle offers an opportunity to share, or simply to listen, within a calm, respectful, and confidential space. Each session is guided by a theme, and participants are invited to speak from lived experiences, from a place of honesty, vulnerability, or wisdom.
Held without judgement, fixing, or advice, all experiences and all forms of participation are equally valued.

4-week journey beginning Wednesday March 18th, 19:30
A gentle exploration of change, self-perception, and the unfolding of identity.
Over four weeks, we explore:
Letting go of who I was
Meeting myself where I am
Honouring change and uncertainty
Stepping into the woman I am now
Each session can be booked individually or as part of a 4 weeks package.
These one-to-one yoga sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, physically, mentally and energetically, and within the comfort of your own home.
Each session is fully personalised and may weave together mindful movement, breathwork and guided visualisation meditations. Drawing on over 15 years of creative practice, I work intuitively with energetic awareness to support balance, clarity and embodiment.
You may choose from three session pathways:
Signature Personal Balance- grounding, nourishing and rebalancing.
Yin & Restorative Reset- soft, slow and deeply regulating.
Dynamic Flow & Re-Energise- empowering, strengthening and revitalising.
Whether you’re navigating a busy season, a life transition, or simply seeking dedicated space to reconnect, private yoga offers the depth and quiet continuity that studio spaces cannot always provide.
Sessions are £70 for 60 minutes.
Packages are available for those wishing to commit more deeply and save.
